Innovation Leaders Club x SEB Growth program: Future Economic Trends – How to strategically manage the development of new services, business models and processes?

Innovation Leaders Club is organizing a joint event in cooperation with SEB’s growth program on the topic "Future economic trends – How to strategically manage the development of new services, business models and processes?" During the event, SEB will provide an overview of digital revolution directions and economic trends. In addition, companies introduce the digital development on the example of financial sector, give insights of innovation projects and share practical examples and cooperation opportunities.

Wharton Business School Executive MBA-s will take part of the event for the learning perspective, about the broader transformation of the economy, the developments of digital culture and the backgrounds of e-government in Estonia. The aim is to analyse how the nation became leaders in virtual citizenship and social services; how this differs from the United States; and the synergies that this creates for local business. Secondly, cross-sectoral cooperation and various initiatives of how the country has supported entrepreneurship; technological innovation and startup culture. And thirdly, some case studies of globally significant Estonian enterprises will be analyzed as well as solutions provided to various challenges. Furthermore this will be a great opportunity for Estonian companies to network and connect with stakeholders in US in order to analyse the opportunities and create possible collaboration to expand there.
